    How quickly will you reply?

    WhatsApp is fastest—usually within an hour during support hours (Sat–Thu, 9 AM–9 PM). Form and social messages are answered within one business day, and urgent order problems the same day.

    Where do you deliver and how long does it take?

    We deliver across all seven emirates. Orders over AED 100 get free express delivery, typically within 1–3 working days. Tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.

    How do I track my order?

    Sign in to My Account and open your order for live status, or send your order number on WhatsApp and we'll check it for you.

    What's your return or exchange policy?

    Unopened items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Message us with your order number and we'll arrange it.

    How does MHM Network membership work?

    Members receive AED 300 in store credit each month plus member pricing. You can join from your account or ask us on WhatsApp.
